Catering Policy

1. Introduction

At Tadassy Caribbean Eatz, we are committed to providing high-quality food and exceptional service for all your catering needs. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we operate our catering services.

2. Service Offerings

We offer a variety of catering services, including but not limited to:

• Full-Service Catering

• Drop-Off Catering

• Buffet-Style Catering

• Plated Meals

• Custom Menus

3. Booking and Confirmation

• Booking: To book our catering services, please contact us at least 30 days in advance of your event for 30 people or more. If the event is for fewer than 30 people, a 2-week notice is required.

• For Events Over 50 Guests: At least 1 month notice with half of the total down at the time of booking and the balance paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event.

• Confirmation: A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of $[Deposit Amount] are required to confirm your booking.

4. Availability

• Our catering services are available 7 days a week, from 11 AM to 11 PM, including holidays.

5. Menu and Dietary Restrictions

• All items listed on the daily menu will be available for those days. If not on the daily menu, please visit the catering menu for more choices.

• We offer a wide variety of menu options to accommodate different tastes and dietary needs.

• Clients must inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least [Number of Days] days before the event.

6. Payment Terms

• Total Cost: The total cost of the catering services will be provided in a detailed quote.

• For Catering: At least 2 weeks' notice with a 50% down payment is required, and the balance is due before pick up.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $[Half of Total Cost] is required at the time of booking.

• Final Payment: The balance of $[Balance Amount] is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

• Methods of Payment: We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

7. Cancellation Policy

• If the Client cancels the event more than 30 days prior to the event, they will receive a refund of any amounts paid except the non-refundable deposit.

• If the Client cancels within 30 days of the event, no refund will be provided.

8. Catering Fees

• Catering fees are $300 per hour and include setup and serve.

• If cleaning needs to be done, there will be an additional fee.

9. Food Safety and Handling

• All food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Once food is delivered or served, the Client is responsible for proper storage and handling.

10. Liability

• Tadassy Caribbean Eatz is not liable for any illness, injury, or damage resulting from the consumption of food provided, except in cases of negligence on our part.

11. Changes and Modifications

• Any changes to the menu or services must be requested at least [Number of Days] days before the event.

• Additional charges may apply for changes made after the initial agreement.
