Payment Terms:
Total Cost: The total cost of the catering services will be provided in a detailed quote.
For Catering: At least 2 weeks' notice with a 50% down payment is required, and the balance is due before pick up.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $[Half of Total Cost] is required at the time of booking.
Final Payment: The balance of $[Balance Amount] is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Methods of Payment: We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer
Cancellation Policy:
If the Client cancels the event more than 30 days prior to the event, they will receive a refund of any amounts paid except the non-refundable deposit.
If the Client cancels within 30 days of the event, no refund will be provided.
Client Responsibilities:
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate information regarding the number of guests and event details.
Ensure that the event location is ready for catering services at the agreed-upon time.
Inform the Caterer of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
Caterer Responsibilities:
The Caterer agrees to:
Provide food and services as described in the menu.
Arrive at the event location on time and with all necessary equipment.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Liability:
The Caterer is not liable for any illness, injury, or damage resulting from the consumption of food provided, except in cases of negligence on the part of the Caterer.
Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes
all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings.
